about

Hello, my name is Dr. Tatiana. I am first generation of my family, born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I was a program manager of a nonprofit organization for 10 years providing services and access to underprivileged communities before I made a career change.

I left because I realized the issues were deeper than poverty and lack of access, so I decided to further my education and pursue a career in mental/behavioral health. I am now the owner of a business chain dedicated to educating others and connecting them to resources in mental/behavioral health.

A fun fact about me: I have an entertainment background, but always knew my purpose/calling is to be of service.

my career

My father passed when I was 6 months old and my mother worked 3 jobs to raise her four kids. We hardly saw her, so I have always known as young child I wanted to help people because I didn't have present parents. I grew up fast and extremely independent thus why people are often confused how I'm so young and accomplished. But this has inspired me not only to be a great parent to my own daughter, but to also lead by example in work and in my own life for all those who may be in the same predicament.

A few years ago, I was working as a program manager in a nonprofit organization providing services to underprivileged communities until I realized the issues in the community were more than generational cycles poverty and lack of access to resources -- it was mental and developmental health. So I furthered my education beyond a master's in public administration to pursue a career in educating and providing others with access/resources to mental/behavioral health.

Some of the people that really inspire me are Oprah, Beyonce, Barack and Michelle Obama because of their impact across media platforms. I aspire to continue to inspire others on investing in their mental/behavioral health through writing my own books, hosting events, teaching, motivational speaking, podcasts, and filming. Today you can find me doing a multitude of things always related to my brand/business like handling work, business, studying, filming/podcasting, and entrepreneurial and philanthropic ventures; being a mother. I'm always looking for ways to work on myself and be a good example for others; being the "change" so that we make the world a better place.

and the journey continues...

What's Cheering Me Up

Seeing my clients get the information and access to services they deserve; and watching them grow/progress into their full potential year after year.

What I'm Doing Daily

Being an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and mother. Thinking of new ways to make positive impacts on the world and leave a legacy.

What I'm Grateful for in My Industry

I am most grateful for our network and partnerships because it takes a village to raise a child, especially our loved ones with needs. Together we make a community of mental and developmental wealth.

How I Know My Job is "Done."

My job is done when a client lives to their full potential and uses their success stories to change the lives of others.

What I'm Loving About What I Do

I love seeing the transformation in my clients and making big impacts on underserved communities so they, too, have the opportunities/resources to live their best, most independent lives.

What's Empowering Me

I think of disadvantaged populations (people with needs, colored communities, low income households, and ESL) and healthcare disparities across this demographic. I'm empowered to do the work because I live to pave the way for all to have equitable opportunities to succeed.
